Product License

The Jewelry Designer Manager program is available in a single user license version. For each license purchased, you are permitted (either as an individual, or if an entity, one designated individual) to use the program on one computer at a time.

Technical Support

Included with every software license is twelve months of support via email:
techsupport@jewelrydesignermanager.com

We try to respond within 24 hours - even on weekends. Phone and Remote access is available if needed. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • If you are unable to install the software yourself, we will gladly help you.
  • Questions about software functionality
  • Configuration options
  • Backing up and restoring data
  • Errors or other bug reports
  • Moving the software from one server to another
  • Issueing new license keys or download links
  • Free software updates/bugfixes as free downloads as they are released

To receive technical support and software updates after 12 months please purchase an Annual Maintenance Contract on the features page of each version.

NOT included in the support contract

Code Modifications

We do not provide support for code modifications made by the customer. A code modification is defined as any change to the program's functionality by editing the source code.

Custom Programming Services

Custom scripting services are not provided with your support contact. This is defined as any service where we add custom functionality or changes to your installation of the software.

Database Conversion Services

Custom database conversion services (such as migration from another product) are not included in the support contract.

Product Support Services are subject to Bejeweled Software Company's then-current prices, terms, and conditions, which are subject to change without notice.

Updates

Bejeweled Software Company creates an update when improvements are made in the current version of Jewelry Designer Manager, or when problems with the software are discovered and fixed. Updates are free within the first 12 months of purchase and thereafter with an Annual Maintenance Contract.

If there is anything you would like to see in a future update, please let us know. Your feedback and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Jewelry Designer Manager™ Deluxe Update

The current version of Jewelry Designer Manager Deluxe is V 4.14 dated 5/06/2013 (The Version number and date are on the Main Menu at the bottom left.)

Updates are free within 12 months of purchase. To receive software updates after 12 months please purchase Annual Maintenance on the features page of each version.

Important! - Please download and print the instructions before you install any updates. We recommend that you make a backup of your current JDM.mde file in case you want to revert back. Updates will not overwrite your data but it is always wise to have a backup. Please locate your CD Key before you download and install the update. It is located on the back of the jewel case or on your order confirmation if you ordered a Download. (The CD key is not the same as the Serial Number.)

Jewelry Designer Manager™ Pro for JTV Update

The current version of Jewelry Designer Manager Pro for JTV is 3.21 dated 04/05/11. (The Version number and date are on the Main Menu at the bottom left.)

This is an update for customers who have already installed Jewelry Designer Manager Pro for JTV.

Please download and install this new version at your earliest convenience.

Please Click on the link below and select Save to download the file. We recommend saving to your Desktop folder. (Please note that it is a large file and may take up to 10 minutes to download.)

When the file has finished downloading double-click to start the installation.

Open the program using the Jewelry Designer Manager Pro icon on the Desktop. You should see version 3.21 datad 04/05/11 on the Main Menu.
